Stop the presses! Justice Clarence Thomas asked a question during oral arguments before the Supreme Court yesterday. And what issue caused this bastion of civil liberties to awake from a ten year slumber? Whether a domestic abuser’s 2nd Amendment right trumped the government’s interest in preventing a domestic abuser from possessing a firearm. Hmmm. What could go wrong here?
The awakening of this sleeping giant of stunning intellectualism reminds me of only one thing . . . I believe Anita Hill.
